  1. Collected Information You Provide to Us

    While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number. We also keep a record of your progress on course lessons to help you pick up where you left off and track which courses you have completed.

    We retain personal data during any period in which you have expressed an interest in our products and services, for as long as you have an account with us in order to meet our contractual obligations to you, and for six years after that to identify any issues and resolve any legal proceedings. We may also retain aggregate information beyond this time for research purposes and to help us develop and improve our services. You cannot be identified from aggregate information retained or used for these purposes.

  2. Information the Site collects upon Visit

    We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Log Data").

    This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

    When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, this Log Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use and other statistics.

    In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service's functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

    We may use and store information about your general location depending on the permissions you have set on your device. We use this information to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service such as having the Site automatically switch to a language that is more appropriate for your locale. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at any time, through your device settings.

  3. Discord

    We maintain a Discord channel that is a public forum available to any user. Any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when using these and avoid posting any personal information on this public forum.

  4. Payments

    Payments are made through our Payment provider Stripe. When you make a purchase, your credit or debit card information will be shared directly to Stripe and we receive only an auto-generated customer id to let us identify your subscription status.Please refer to Stripe’s privacy policy and terms and conditions to see their method of encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorizing payment.

  5. Communications

    We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting us.

  6. Do Not Track

    Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.

  7. Behavioral Advertising

    We use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:
